Her birth date was the 21st August 1967 in Burnaby the British Columbia province. She has two sisters, Melvyn Moss and Barbara Moss. Her mother called her Carrie-Anne after the Hollies hit song Carrie Anne that was released in May of 1967. It was her first pregnancy during the time. Her older brother Brooke Moss is the other one. She's 55. Moss has mixed German-English ancestry, and she is Canadian. Her childhood was spent in Vancouver British Columbia Canada. Brooke Moss is her elder brother. Moss was born to Canadian parents of German as well as English heritage. She was raised living in Vancouver British Columbia Canada for much of her early years. After her high-school graduation she travelled to Europe in the Magee Secondary School's Choir. That same year she make her debut as a TV actress on a show called Dark Justice. Three children were born to them and they're very extremely proud. They welcomed their first child, a one called Owen Roy. They welcomed their son Kaden Ray on November 2005. When they had their third child in June, they welcomed their third child Frances Beatrice Ray.
